Arnold and Vince DelMonte: 2 guys that know what they're talking about

As I said in my previous post, I feel it is vitally important to talk to a professional to help you achieve your body building goals. Simply lifting weights with no aim will not give you the mass and tone that you are looking for. Besides hard work and discipline, you absolutely must know what you are doing.

There are a lot of sources you can go to: books, magazines, personal trainers, friends. I personally don't recommend magazines. I have found most of them to be nothing more than a giant advertisement with very little information. There are a lot of really good books out there. One that I particularly like is Arnold Schwarzenegger's New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. It is full of excellent information, and is fairly inexpensive. Personal trainers can also be a good source of help, unfortunately they are very pricey, and can cost as much as $75 a session. Even with just 1 session a week, that can add up very quickly. Friends can also be a good source of information, as they may have had similar experiences to you.

Another very good good program I have found is Vince DelMonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building. Vince started out at 149 lbs and was known by his friends as "Skinny Vinny". He is now about 210 lbs and a well respected fitness model and bodybuilding professional. His program is very back to basics, does not rely on expensive supplements, and is designed to help average people develop above average bodies. It works equally well for men and women and the cost is very low (one time charge of $77). He also offers a 60 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

Seek out good information, and you will see the results you are looking for.
